Cee’s Fun Photo Challenge: White

The theme for Cee’s challenge this week is ‘White’ and my entry is an image taken a while back on the Isle of Islay, at Knockangle Point of a crashing wave. The ‘White’ being the wave itself, I spent hours here capturing the waves as they came racing in crashing against the rocks, I actually ran out of memory on my 16GB card that day I had that much fun 🙂

I do sense a bit of a Juxtaposition in this image with the crashing and incoming waves implying motion whilst the rocks and the water behind them are static and firm as well as the dark and light contrast of the waves and rocks also.

    1. Thanks DG MARYOGA, I found a great spot that day and it was the first time I had filled my memory card with images. I’m glad you sense the motion in the sea in the background as I was hoping to capture that in the image.
