We had clear skies in Campbeltown at the weekend so I headed out with the camera for some astrphotography/night time practise. The intentions for this shoot were trial and error but I did get a few decent shots done. I was mainly scouting areas in my local town to see what the conditions were like, the image below was taken at Crosshill Loch, Campbeltown, When I got into this position I realised that I was in the wrong location, however I didn’t fancy trekking all the way around the loch to the other side in the pitch dark to get to the best vantage point so I made do with what I had. Four images shot at F3.5. 27 seconds, @ 18mm stitched together to create this vetorama.
